Oh that snare sound is FUCKING, I love how it slaps me in the face. Great arrangement for this song honestly, very head bopping. Production is masterful. Can’t believe DoD would be making me fall in love with 3 electronic tracks in a row but here I am. I love how playful the percussion is in this. Lots of tasty ear candy, not much else to say. WAH.

Funky shit off the rip, let’s gooooo
Anon came prepared to make me shake dat shit, hell yeah. Don’t really have any notes here, just throw on your headphones and get funked right in the face 🤘

The use of a DS-style compression on part of the track is really inspired, and the contrast makes the uncompressed stuff really pop when you get out of the compression. Great drum break. I’d love to see this performed live.

What the fuck. This is INSANELY good. The drumming, the synth soloing, the sound choices, and the overall production quality is off the hook. This could slot right into Mario Kart World’s soundtrack and I wouldn’t bat an eye, and that’s an incredible high bar to clear. Take your gold, you sonuvabitch.

This is gooood shit. Top notch production. This is one of those “I don’t listen to this kind of music but this is so good, I fuck with it”
Love that degraded break in the middle.
One thing I did notice is that tom on the right side at like 2:16 is getting in the way of everything else. Aside from that, this mix is clean as fuck.
This is one of the top contenders for sure

THESE LEADS, HOLY COW. Drumming too. Oh this bitcrush section hits so good. Yup, this solo at the end, love it. love love love.

This grooves so hard. I just wish the bass had a LITTLE more 300k for definition on all that fun shit you’re playing.
I don’t have much else to say though – what a cool ass arrangement.

This one starts fire (and loudly too!). I like the goofiness, the tempo, the sound effects, the groove. I wish the goofy sound effects weren’t so centered all on the back-right and had more placement in different places. The solo is fire. The lead synth is a good sound. The middle break was curious to me, I was almost like “is this a different song now?” and I felt like it lost some momentum, but overall this was a groove!!!

This source had been sorely missing this anon’s treatment. The “wah” of that synth bass is just on point, my god! I love the sound design and how the sfx become another instrument. Now I want to try and make music with a pinball machine!
The percussion is really outstanding as well, my gut tells me some of it is live? We’ll see.
Medal-worthy entry, if you ask me. This is probably one of the most well-known sources to come out of the DS.

This track is nearly perfect, excellent job anon. My only real critique is I feel the leads, especially near the beginning, are a little quiet compared to the rest of the mix, it could honestly just be my headphones 🤷♂️. A lot of quirky and interesting ideas that could easily have overstayed their welcome, but they didn’t, and I think you deserve a pat on the back for that.

I love this saturated snare sound. Please show me what you used.
I want to hear the attack on the bass! Sounds great otherwise. Synth leads and organ are the highlight here! Great break around 1:10, love the bitcrushed drums.
The bass feels really mid-heavy during the clap-and-drum break. It blends better when everything is going, but I feel actually it might benefit from a low-mid cut and finding another spot to compensate in the whole track. Sounds great when it comes back at 2:45!
Oh dang, sick synth runs. Really showing off for us, eh? Ahhh, 2:45 transition out of the solo is excellent. Perfect.
Groovy track anon. Thank you! WAH!

Dang, that is one punchy snare to get this off. This is a funky vibe right off the bat – really liking the tones chosen for all the instruments. Drums feel pretty nicely balanced here – they may be a touch too active but not enough that it’s distracting me away from everything. Tambourine adds a nice extra touch when it comes in. Tom fill is really nice, but I do feel like the drums during the solo feel a bit too muted. Overall, this is a great bop, really nice and funky fresh – great work!

i’m headbanging in my chair, aw yeah. Drums are a little too low at the solo/other parts, especially compared to the rest, and the leads could’ve been punched up a tad higher on most of the track/given more room (Whatever way you choose to do that, e.g., being louder, duplicate track with more width, etc). But wow. What a headbanger.
I’d LOVE a production breakdown of this!
